Black Cake aka Fruit Cake: 

Included on the list of gourmet food products is "The Duchess of Vonh Castle’s Royal Black Fruit Cake".  It is called black cake in Guyana, South America.   Her "Royal Black Fruit Cake" is extremely special and rich.  It is also moist and unique in flavour.  The cake is black in color, and is the traditional wedding cake of Guyana, South America.  It is seasonal, and also served at Christmastime.  A known Guyanese favorite at the holiday season, as well as all those who have been introduced to it, love this decadent, exotic, and salivating treat, which is one of her masterpieces, and of exceptional quality.  It is made with delicious dried fruits and other fine ingredients.
